Welcome to AIROX Virtual Hub. By using this website and by requesting a trip, you agree to the terms and conditions below.

2. Services offered

COMROX FS offers dedicated express transport — domestic and international — for general freight, documents, sensitive goods, ADR cargo and special trips. Full details are available on the Services page (/servicii).

3. Requesting a trip

  • Requests are made through the form on the site, WhatsApp, email or phone.
  • The trip becomes firm only after the COMROX FS team explicitly confirms availability, cost and conditions.
  • For trips that require special documents (ADR, customs), confirmation may take longer.

4. Client obligations

  • To provide accurate data about the cargo, addresses, contact and special requirements.
  • To correctly declare the contents, value and ADR class (where applicable).
  • To be available at the pickup address within the agreed window.
  • To meet the agreed payment terms.

5. COMROX FS obligations

  • To transport the cargo under the agreed conditions, with a dedicated vehicle and a briefed driver.
  • To communicate actively with the client throughout the trip and to confirm handover at the destination.
  • To comply with the road, customs and ADR legislation applicable along the route.
  • To maintain basic CMR insurance on all trips.

6. Rates and payment

  • The trip cost is communicated before confirmation and is final, with no hidden surcharges.
  • Payment is made according to the agreed method: on delivery, term of 15 / 30 / 45 days.
  • Late payments may incur penalties as provided by law, following prior notice.

7. Cancellations and changes

  • Cancelling the trip before the vehicle departs — free of charge if you notify us at least 60 minutes in advance.
  • Cancelling after the vehicle has departed — partial costs based on the distance covered.
  • Changes to the route or address may incur additional costs.

8. Liability

COMROX FS's liability for loss, damage or delay is limited in accordance with the CMR Convention (international road transport) and applicable Romanian legislation. For high-value cargo, we recommend extended CMR insurance, agreed in advance.

9. Force majeure

Neither party is responsible for delays or failures to perform caused by force majeure events — natural disasters, armed conflicts, road blockages, strikes, government restrictions.

10. Intellectual property

All elements on this site (logo, text, images, design) are the property of COMROX FS SRL and may not be copied or reused without written agreement.

11. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any disputes are settled amicably or, failing agreement, by the competent courts in Romania.

12. Changes

COMROX FS may update these terms from time to time. The current version is the one displayed on the site at the time the trip is requested.
